P & M Fixings and Fasteners Merger with Arthur Hough & Sons Limited

Further to the acquisition of P & M Fixings and Fasteners by Arthur Hough & Sons Limited in April 2022, we are pleased to announce that as of the 1st April 2023, P & M Fixings will merge with Arthur Hough & Sons.

Although we are excited for the new chapter in Arthur Hough’s long history to begin, it is tinged with sadness to announce that after 39 years, P & M Fixings and Fasteners will cease to trade.

The merger of our two companies will enable us to offer a platform for our customers to purchase products from the original P & M Fixings range alongside Arthur Hough products. As you can appreciate, there is a great deal of work involved to ensure a smooth transition and we will, therefore, advise further details over the coming weeks.

In the meantime, we would like reassure our customers that they will continue to receive the expected high standards of service from both P & M Fixings and Arthur Hough & Sons through the transition period.
